Jennifer J. Gedville has extensive experience in all of the practice areas of Lavin & Gedville, P.C. Her finance experience includes representing private company borrowers of varying sizes in all types of secured and unsecured debt financings, including asset-based lending, acquisition financing, cross-border financings, subordinated debt financings, private placements, and construction financing. Her transactional experience includes the structuring, negotiation, and preparation of documentation for a variety of business matters such as entity formations, joint ventures, acquisitions and sales, real estate sale and purchases, real estate construction and development, as well as various contractual agreements such as shareholder agreements, leases, license agreements, distribution and sales representative agreements, manufacturing agreements, executive compensation agreements, confidentiality agreements and non-competition agreements.
